Welcome! If you're here, you're a new employee on our campus, and we want to welcome you to our community!

For the last 30 years, Together Center has worked to make lives easier by helping people find the assistance they need. We do this by co-locating health and human services organizations on a single campus and creating a diverse network of service providers who offer programming for whole-person support. Our partners meet an array of critical needs for more than 30,000 people each year—from disability resources to support for homeless youth; to child care and affordable housing; or recovery support and cultural services. You can view all our partners in this handy Agency Directory.

One of the lynchpins of our model is the breaking down of barriers between nonprofits. We all know how difficult referrals can be, and Together Center imagines a different experience for those in need: when clients arrive, they’re met by caring professionals (that's you!) who listen closely to understand what brings each person to our doors, then walks side-by-side with clients, making introductions to other agencies. For so many, these personal referrals make all the difference—breaking down the barriers to getting people connected with the support they need, with a focus on making sure all of our clients feel seen, valued, and uplifted.
