Everyone can be a HealthPoint patient. We are here to help you get the health care you need, no matter what your circumstances.

If you are unable to get insurance, we may be able to offer a sliding fee scale which is based household gross income and family size. Our sliding scale fees start at $25 for a medical appointment and $50 for a dental appointment.

In order to qualify you will need to bring proof of income for the last 30 days. Examples of proof of income include:
• Your most recent 1040 tax return
• Two recent pay checks
