Veterans, individuals receiving unemployment,

Worker Retraining (Must Meet at least One)
• Currently receiving unemployment
• Exhausted unemployment within the last 4 years
• Previously self-employed within the last three years (and had to close business due to economic conditions)
• Veterans (regardless of discharge status) discharged within the last 4 years
• Those that haven’t reaching the tipping point of 45 college credits, are employed in a field that is considered “not in demand” or needing to upgrade skills in order to keep employment (2 out of 3 need to be met)
• Lost income due to death of spouse or separation from spouse
• Lost income due to loosing employment (taking care of a family member)

Opportunity Grant
• Income threshold based off of FAFSA application

Basic Food Employment & Training
• Currently receiving SNAP benefits
