Plymouth Housing is a developer and operator of permanent supportive housing, a model of affordable housing that directly serves individuals exiting homelessness by providing a permanent home with wraparound services. These can include case management, medical care, mental health care, substance use treatment, community activities, and more.

Eligibility Standards

Plymouth Housing accepts new residents through our referral partners, including King County Regional Homelessness Authority’s Coordinated Entry program, cities like Redmond and Kirkland, and partners like the Sophia Way and Reclaim. While our eligibility requirements vary across our portfolio of 17 buildings, all of our residents are required to meet income requirements (generally 30% of Area Median Income or below) and either be experiencing homelessness or be at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Intake Instructions

Individuals looking for housing should fill out an assessment for Coordinated Entry at a Regional Access Point. This assessment is intended to match individuals with services that will work for their unique needs and ensure the most vulnerable residents are the first to receive resources. In addition, individuals should reach out to their city’s Homeless Outreach Coordinator. In Redmond, the Homeless Outreach Coordinator is Alina Saltzman (425-556-2442). Plymouth Housing is happy to provide more information about starting the referral process.
