September Eastside Peer Group for People With Disabilities
Welcome to our new Eastside-based Peer Group, meeting the fourth Tuesday of every month in a hybrid fashion.
This month will be a focus on mental health. You’ll have a chance to assess your own wellness, share tools you use to take care of yourself and learn new skills from your peers.
When: Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 2-4 p.m.
Where: Disability Empowerment Center’s Redmond office at Together Center: 16305 NE 87th St., Suite 113 (Online option available!)
What: Our Monthly Peer Groups are FREE for people ages 14+ with a disability in King County. This peer group meets in person and virtually (hybrid) in Redmond.
