RESERVATION PROCESS
Overview
The event request form is the first step towards getting approval to hold your event at Together Center. Submitting the request form does not guarantee a reservation. Once the form is submitted, the Together Center administrative office will review the details in your event request form and get back with a response within 2 business days.
What is required on the event request form?
- Contact Name/Responsible Party
- The organization and individual who is responsible for all event related communications.
- Contact Phone & Email
- All event related communications will be directed to this contact info.
- Organization Name
- Organization Mailing Address & Zip Code
- Nonprofit Status
- Event Name
- Event Date
- Requested Reservation Time
- Expected Number of Attendees
- Brief Description of the event
- Overview of Event
- Type of Event
- Meeting, class, seminar, workshop, fundraiser, community event, etc.
- Brief description of your event.
- What is the goal of the event? Who is the event for? Why Together Conference Center?
- Desired room (Conference Center or Common space)
- Any alternative rooms or date options in case your 1st choice is not available
- Type of Event
What happens after I submit the form?
Together Center will review your request and be back in touch about the space availability within 2-business days. If space is available, you will be emailed a contract to sign electronically. This contract must be completed and submitted along with any deposits or fees before your reservation is confirmed.
Event Date Holds
Together Center will hold your selected date for 5-business days while you complete and submit the required agreement and payment. If the agreement and payment are not received by the Together Center administration office within 5-business days after sending the documents, the date hold will be removed and available for another user to reserve.
Reservation Confirmation
Once the signed agreement and deposit are received, you will receive a written reservation confirmation from Together Center administration.
